Position:Software Engineer (AI-Native Platform & Integrations)Type:Full-time positionCompensation:$70-$110 per hourLocation:RemoteCommitment:10–40 hours/weekRole ResponsibilitiesOwn core product delivery end-to-end, including platform foundations, integrations, analytics surfaces, and pilot launch supportBuild AI-native workforce management platform components, including core entities, workflows, permissions, and multi-tenant foundationsDevelop an omni-tool integration layer, including connectors, event ingestion, sync, and actionsBuild real-time analytics dashboards with live metrics, drill-downs, and exportsArchitect an agentic tool-use layer compatible with MCP-style patterns, including tool registry, permissions, runtime, and observabilityShip production features across backend and frontendDesign and implement a scalable integrations frameworkSet up strong engineering hygiene, including testing, observability,
