ppWe are looking for Stakeholder Engagement Intern to join our Sustainable Development Team based in Milan. /p h3How you make the difference /h3 pThis internship is key to strengthening Bolton's stakeholder engagement and ESG governance. The role supports the coordination of external stakeholder engagement initiatives and internal committees —ensuring alignment across functions—and contributes to building internal awareness and readiness on emerging sustainability requirements. /p h3How your agenda looks like: /h3 ul liSupport the ongoing bStakeholder mapping /b by monitoring engagement activities, objectives, outcomes and value generated; /li liAssist in the organization and execution of bStakeholder Roundtables /b, including participant mapping, content preparation and ensuring flawless delivery; /li liSupport the management of bStakeholder relationships /b, including trade associations, NGOs and institutional partners, by tracking interactions and ensuring timely follow-ups; /li liSupport the internal bESG Regulatory Committee /b by preparing materials, drafting meeting reports and following up on agreed actions; /li liSupport binternal engagement activities /b, by contributing to the development and delivery of training materials on ESG topics and regulatory changes and by helping prepare communication materials to update the organization on ESG roadmap progress and ongoing projects. /li /ul h3Your team:



/h3 pThe intern will report directly to the Sustainable Development Manager.br/The role does not include direct or functional reports. /p h3What makes you a great fit: /h3 ul liEducation: Master's degree in Sustainability, Political Science, Management or related fields. /li liWork Experience: Previous internship or project experience in sustainability or public affairs is considered a plus. /li liTechnical Skills: Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to organize and communicate with multiple stakeholders; proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). /li liLocal language: Italian, proficiency written and spoken in English; any additional language is a plus. /li liStrong interest in Sustainability and in EU regulatory frameworks. /li /ul h3What's in for you: /h3 ul liInternship Allowance: €900 gross per month /li liContract Type: Internship (Curricular or Extra-Curricular, 6 months) /li liFull Time or Part Time: Tempo pieno /li /ul h3Curious About Us?
