ph3Overview /h3 pWe are seekingbManagers /bto strengthen our teams in bRome and Milan /b. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 pIn this role, you will lead the successful accomplishment of our assignments, and /p ul liStructure the overall mission in line with the client's issues and needs /li liProvide clear focused support and expertise to your team in structuring and solving problems /li liManage the workload while coaching team members to ensure a successful delivery /li liCommunicate recommendations and sensitive messages to senior level client audience /li /ul pIn addition to this, you also build relationships beyond project assignments and are able to spot and help develop opportunities for future business. /p h3Qualifications /h3 pQualifications: /p ul liHave a minimum of five years of work experience in management consulting or industry experience in strategy related functions (an MBA is a plus) /li liStrategy consulting experiences in one or more of the following Industry sectors: Energy Utilities, TMT (Technology, Media, Telecom), Private Equity, Industrials, Travel Transportation /li liProven record of high performance and substantial achievements in your past positions /li liDeep industry expertise and demonstrated leadership, analytical and problem solving skills /li liDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently /li liEntrepreneurship to break new ground,
and eager to take personal risks in working environment /li liExcellent communication skills in Italian and English /li /ul pYou are our ideal candidate if you: /p ul liCan demonstrate broad industry knowledge combined with sharp business acumen /li liAre able to quickly develop an understanding of the client's situation to maximize the impact of Arthur D.
