and work methods to improve efficiency and consistency.Identify and evaluate process improvement opportunities, supporting cost reduction initiatives and business case development.Drive continuous improvement programs (Kaizen, 5S, Workplace Organization) and support the implementation of operational excellence initiatives.Provide cross-functional analytical and technical support to Operations, Controlling, Project Teams, HSE, and HR, enabling data-driven decision-making.Contribute to the definition, validation, and deployment of SOPs, organizational standards, safe work practices, ergonomic solutions, and optimized workload structures.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering.Previous experience in a complex manufacturing environment (at least 3 years).
Deep knowledge of production processes.Proficiency in reporting tools, process analysis and operative performance understanding.WHAT PUTS YOU IN POLE POSITIONExcellent organizational abilities.Time management and problem-solving skills.COMPENSATION PACKAGEThe employment contract will be regulated by "Gomma Plastica" National Collective Bargaining Agreement.The gross annual base salary (RAL) offered will be no less than ******.The Company is committed to offering a competitive compensation package and, following the selection process, may propose a final gross annual base salary above the stated level, commensurate with the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications.The position's compensation package also includes a variable component and a competitive welfare and benefits offer.
