ppWe are looking for a Real estate Financial Controller for one of our clients, a fashion retail / international sport business company with HQ in Como.
/ph3 ideal candidate profile /h3pAs a Real estate Financial Controller, you will oversee the financial operations of our construction projects and our business with a focus on retail/rent in Italy.
Your role will involve financial planning, budget management, and analysis to ensure the success and profitability of our funds business.
/ppKey Responsibilities: /pulliDevelop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
/liliProvide financial guidance and analysis for commercial office redevelopment projects.
/liliCollaborate with project teams to ensure financial goals are met.
/liliMonitor and analyse financial performance, identifying areas for improvement.




/liliOversee financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
/liliManage cash flow, cost control, and financial risk assessments.
/li /ulpQualifications and Experience: /pulliBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field /liliPrevious experience as a Financial Controller in the real estate/property/retail /liliStrong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles /liliExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills /liliEffective communication and leadership abilities /li /ulpRequest: Fluent English.
The profile will be based in Como (Lavoro da remoto 1 day).
Proficiency in Oracle/Excel is required.
