ph3Job Description /h3 pThe Business Analyst plays a key role in bridging business needs with operational and technological solutions, helping to improve processes, business performance, and the quality of organisational decision-making. /p h3Job Description /h3 pThe Business Analyst plays a key role in bridging business needs with operational and technological solutions, helping to improve processes, business performance, and the quality of organisational decision-making. /p pThe successful candidate will be involved in analysing internal business processes, defining functional requirements, collaborating with both technical and business teams, and translating business needs into practical and measurable solutions. /p h3Key Responsibilities Include /h3 ul liAnalyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvement. /li liGather, document, and formalise business requirements. /li liSupport the design of functional and operational solutions. /li liPrepare functional documentation and analytical reports. /li liCollaborate with IT, Data, Marketing, and Operations teams. /li liMonitor process performance and define key performance indicators (KPIs).



/li liSupport strategic decision-making through data analysis and actionable insights. /li /ul pThis role is ideal for analytical, well-organised professionals with excellent communication skills who can translate business needs into clear requirements and effective operational solutions. Previous experience in business analysis, consulting, or other data-driven roles is considered an advantage, although motivated candidates with strong analytical abilities will also be considered. /p h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Business, Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred) /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving skills /li liProficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools /li liFamiliarity with business processes and requirements modelling /li liExperience with Business Intelligence tools (such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is an advantage /li liGood command of the English language /li liStrong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams" /li /ul /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
