ppElemaster Group, for the RD company, due to an international development of its Test Laboratory, which offers product testing and Certification services for the industrial automation, railway and medical sectors, is looking for a: /p h3TEST LABORATORY MANAGER /h3 h3JOB DESCRIPTION /h3 ul liStrong organizational, planning, and operational management skills to take on the role of bEMC Test Laboratory Manager /b within a growing laboratory that offers testing and certification services for the industrial automation, railway, and medical sectors, with an international development perspective. /li /ul h3KEY RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liDaily operational management of the EMC test laboratory /li liCoordination of technical staff (technicians and engineers) /li liPlanning and allocation of project activities /li liMonitoring of project progress and delivery timelines /li liPreparation of technical and progress reports for clients and internal management /li liDrafting of technical and commercial offers in collaboration with the sales team /li liSupport to marketing and business development activities with a technical focus /li liClient interface for requirements gathering and results discussion /li liEnsuring compliance with EMC and ISO ***** standards /li liPromoting continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team /li /ul h3REQUIREMENTS /h3 ul liDegree in electronics or electrical engineering /li li3–5 years of experience as an EMC technician in industrial, medical, or railway sectors /li liKnowledge of generic standards (IEC *******-x), product standards (IEC *********, EN *********...), and basic standards (IEC *******-x) /li liExperience in team and project management /li liStrong interpersonal skills, customer-oriented mindset, team spirit, and results-driven approach /li liGood capability to work in team and for target /li liGood English (written and spoken) /li /ul h3Will be a preferential title /h3 ul liHands-on, proactive, committed to safety and results oriented. /li liAttention to detail and strong sense of responsibility. /li /ul h3Compensation /h3 ul liPermanent contract offered, gross annual salary (RAL) € ****** - € ****** /li /ul /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
