The role offers balanced exposure to pre-sales activities, direct sales support, and commercial back-office processes, within a dynamic and international environment. /p pThe ideal candidate is a motivated professional keen to grow in business development within financial services, bringing client-facing experience, solid market knowledge, and strong interpersonal skills. They excel in fast-paced international settings and are committed to delivering high-quality service to demanding clients. /p pThe role offers direct exposure to Italian and international financial markets, hands-on involvement in cross-border fund projects, and the opportunity to grow within a dynamic, entrepreneurial international group. /p h3bAs Business Development Officer, your main responsibilities will be: /b /h3 ulliSupport the identification and qualification of new business opportunities in Italy /liliContribute to the preparation of client presentations, proposals,
and RFP responses /liliMonitor market trends, competitors, and regulatory developments impacting financial services /liliAssist senior business developers in managing the sales pipeline /liliParticipate in client meetings and follow-ups /liliHelp coordinate internal stakeholders to structure tailored service solutions /liliCommercial Back Office /liliSupport the preparation and review of commercial documentation and agreements /liliMaintain CRM systems and ensure accurate tracking of opportunities and activities /liliCoordinate onboarding processes in collaboration with operational teams /li /ul h3bQualifications and experience /b /h3 ulliMaster's degree in finance, economics, or a related discipline /liliProven experience in sales and/or client relationship management within a financial institution, ideally in the fund services sector in Italy or Luxembourg /liliSolid understanding of financial markets and the European fund industry, including key players, stakeholders, and core processes /liliStrong proficiency in the Microsoft Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint); experience with Pipedrive or other CRM tools is a plus /liliNative Italian speaker with fluent written and spoken English; Spanish is an advantage /li /ul h3bSocial Skills /b /h3 ulliExcellent interpersonal and communication skills /liliAbility to manage tight deadlines under pressure while maintaining strong attention to detail /liliProactive, well-organized, positive, and dynamic mindset /liliCommitment to quality, client service, and continuous improvement /liliCollaborative, adaptable, and open-minded /li /ul h3bWant to join a growing Entrepreneurial, Intercultural, International and Independent /b /h3 pYou identify yourself in this description? /p /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
