Your main tasks
Ensuring professional service at the reception desk




Answering all incoming phone calls at switchboard
Receiving all visitors at the front desk and informing requested colleagues
Preparation & Mantaining of meeting rooms
Handling the inbox as well as outgoing mail including delivery service
Your profile
1 - 3 years experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail
Confidentiality
Experience in all Microsoft applications incl.
Power Point and Excel
Advanced knowledge of English
