Prysmian seeks a Materials Engineer to advance characterization and development of cable and accessory technologies in Milan. You will perform polymer morphological characterization, correlate structure with properties, and support manufacturing process optimization.

This role emphasizes data analysis across multi- tech datasets, reporting findings to R&D; and engineering teams, and shaping material formulations for improved performance in cable products, in a hybrid Milan location.
