ppFor our store in Roma we are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager /p h3Job Description /h3 pTo act as a leader in the store, supporting the Store Manager in the development of the business, optimizing the profitability of the store and total satisfaction among clients. /p h3Key Responsibilities: /h3 ul liContribute to the achievement of the annual sales targets/budget/forecast in accordance with the guidelines received by the Store Manager /li liSupport the Store Manager in guiding the team /li liPromote a positive and professional team environment /li liParticipate in recruitment, evaluation and retaining a high performing team /li liIn accordance with the Store Manager,



ensure the appropriate staff plan and coverage in the store by providing an efficient coverage instore /li liSupport administration tasks and reporting /li liGuarantee the correct application of the Etro Customer Experience by using effectively the selling techniques to maximize sales /li liContribute to manage the visual display of the products in accordance with Etro visual guidelines /li liHelp ensuring the products replenishment and physical inventory of merchandise /li liFollow Company grooming, accordingly with Etro standards and policies /li /ul h3Key Requirements /h3 ul liExperience in a similar role within fashion retail companies /li liAbility to drive and exceed individual and store result, as well as excellent commercial awareness and customers' attitude /li liAbility to adapt to different customers /li liTeam-playing aptitude /li liAbility to work in a dynamic environment /liliDeep passion for fashion and luxury /li /ul h3What we Offer: /h3 ul liAn all-round experience in our Retail world and values /li liThe opportunity to attend an Excellence training program /li /ul /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
