The role contributes to supplier relationship management and the monitoring of purchasing performance in line with company strategies. /ph3Responsibilities and Activities /h3ulliManage the purchasing process for direct and/or indirect materials according to company needs /liliIssue, monitor, and follow up on purchase orders /liliEnsure compliance with delivery timelines agreed with suppliers /liliAnalyze purchase requests, production requirements, and stock levels /liliSupport supplier scouting and qualification activities /liliNegotiate pricing, lead times, and commercial terms in line with company guidelines /liliMonitor KPIs related to supplier punctuality, costs, quality, and service /liliCollaborate with Production, Supply Chain,



and Quality departments in managing supplier issues and non-conformities /liliSupport cost-saving and optimization initiatives /liliManage supplier master data and related documentation within the company ERP system /liliVerify order confirmations, progress updates, and supply status /liliEnsure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and supply chain sustainability requirements /li /ulh3Requirements /h3h3Technical Skills /h3ulliKnowledge of purchasing and procurement processes /liliKnowledge of commercial negotiation techniques /liliAbility to read bills of materials and technical documentation /liliKnowledge of key procurement and supply chain KPIs /liliProficiency in ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office tools /liliKnowledge of order management and supply planning /liliGood command of the English language /liliBasic knowledge of commercial contracts and Incoterms is considered a plus /li /ulh3Soft Skills /h3ulliOrganizational skills and ability to manage priorities /liliProblem-solving attitude /liliAccuracy and attention to detail /liliStrong interpersonal and negotiation skills /liliResults-oriented mindset /liliAbility to work in cross-functional teams /liliProactivity and sense of responsibility /liliAbility to manage stress and urgent situations /li /ul /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
