h3System Engineer EV Platform /h3 pRovereto, ***** /p pItaly /p pRequired Travel: 0 - 10% /p h3Job Description /h3 h3Position summary /h3 pThe EV Platform Engineer is responsible for the technical leadership and execution of a specific EV system of systems (vehicle) platform. This role ensures the integration, performance and lifecycle value of the platform, coordinating across multiple engineering domains (mechanical, electrical, software and controls, etc.) to deliver a cohesive and innovative solution aligned with customer and business needs. /p h3Main responsibilities /h3 h3Key Responsibilities: /h3 h31. Platform Ownership Integration: /h3 pOwn the technical execution of a designated platform, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and customer requirements. /p pDrive and manage the architecture, integration and performance of the platform across its entire lifecycle. /p pEnsure system-of-systems coherence, managing interfaces between subsystems and components. /p h32. System Architecture Requirements: /h3 pDefine and manage system-level requirements and interfaces across mechanical, electrical, software and control domains. /p pSupport the development of system architecture, ensuring alignment with platform strategy and customer needs. /p pMaintain traceability of requirements throughout the development lifecycle. /p pDevelop and maintain technical documentation, including system specifications, interface definitions and validation plans. /p h33. Cross-Functional Collaboration: /h3 pCoordinate with Product Strategy, Product Line Engineers, Software Control, FuSa and Digital Transformation teams.
/p pAct as the technical interface between internal stakeholders and external customers. /p h34. Project Execution: /h3 pLead and coordinate the design, development and validation of platform-level integrated solutions. /p pEnsure timely delivery of milestones, managing risks and resolving technical issues. /p pSupport demo vehicle development and validation activities. /p h35. Innovation Continuous Improvement: /h3 pContribute to the technology roadmap by scouting and integrating new technologies. /p pPromote data-driven decision-making and model-based engineering practices. /p pSupport sustainability initiatives by incorporating eco-design principles and circular economy models. /p h3Job position requirements /h3 pEducation: University master degree Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, or related ) /p pProfessional background (companies/roles/preferred previous experiences/years of experiences) /p h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Systems or related). /li li5+ years of experience in vehicle systems engineering or platform development. /li liStrong understanding of electric and hybrid vehicle architectures. /li liExperience with system integration, requirements management and validation. /li liKnowledge of digital engineering tools,
