To strengthen our E-commerce, Digital Marketing & Customer Care team , we are looking for a Junior E-commerce & Customer Experience Specialist .
This is a hands-on and cross-functional role ,
ideal for someone who wants to build a solid understanding of how an e-commerce business operates within the high-end luxury sector.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely across the different activities involved in the day-to-day management of the online channel and customer experience: from order and stock management to customer care, product management, content and online merchandising.
The position is open both to recent graduates looking for their first professional experience and to candidates who have already gained some initial experience in e-commerce, customer care or similar roles .
The Role
You will join the E-commerce, Digital Marketing & Customer Care team and actively contribute to the day-to-day management of our e-commerce business.
