This role offers a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands?on experience in the fast?paced world of sportswear design and production, with exposure to both creative and operational aspects of the industry. You will play a crucial role in assisting with the day?to?day activities of the design team and ensuring the smooth flow of communication and project management across various departments. /p h3Main responsibilities /h3 ul libProject Support: /b Assist the design team in managing and executing special projects and SMU projects, including coordinating timelines, resources, and project milestones. /li libDesign Administration /b: Organize and maintain project documentation, samples,
mood boards, and reference materials to ensure seamless access and organization for the design team. /li libSample Management /b: Help with tracking sample development and provide logistical support for the creation and delivery of samples, ensuring they meet design and quality standards. /li libData Entry Reporting /b: Input design?related data into tracking systems, create and update spreadsheets, and assist with the preparation of design presentations and reports. /li libCollaborative Coordination /b: Work closely with cross?functional teams including sourcing, production, and merchandising to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery of design assets. /li libCreative Support /b: Assist with mood board creation, design concept presentations, and participate in brainstorming sessions to support the development of new products. /li libTrend Research /b: Conduct research on current design trends, materials, and technologies to support the creative process and provide insights to the design team. /li /ul h3Main requirements /h3 ul libEducation /b: Recent graduate with a degree in Fashion Design, Graphic Design, Textile Design, or a related field such as industrial design. bPlease include your portfolio in the application /b /li libPassion for Design /b: A keen interest in fashion and sportswear design with a strong understanding of current trends, materials, and design techniques. /li libOrganizational Skills /b: Excellent ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and stay organized in a fast?paced environment. /li libCommunication /b:
