The Role
As a GTT Analyst , you will support a wide range of tax advisory and compliance engagements, working closely with senior team members across both Italian and international projects.
You will:
- Support the delivery of corporate tax, international tax, and transaction-related work
- Assist with tax compliance, advisory, and structuring projects




- Contribute to client deliverables through research, analysis, and technical work
- Gain exposure to cross-border assignments and collaborate with colleagues across Europe
- Build strong technical foundations alongside commercial awareness

This role offers broad exposure across tax disciplines, allowing you to develop a well-rounded skillset before specialising.
What We Are Looking For
- Eligibility to work in Italy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and a proactive, hands-on mindset
- Strong communication skills in Italian and English
- Good working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Previous internships or relevant experience are advantageous but not essential
- Evidence of initiative and interests outside of academics
