We are looking for a senior technical support professional to join our Customer Reliability team and help triage, escalate, and resolve complex customer issues in a fast-paced enterprise setting.

You will work closely with engineering to track bugs and feature requests, develop internal knowledge base materials, and contribute to on-call rotations.
