Job Description
Industrial Maintenance Mechanic – Milan, MO
Pay: $26.10–$33.90/hr + $1.00/hr differential on 2nd and 3rd shift
1st, 2nd and 3rd shift openings
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, Monday–Friday
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM–10:30 PM, Monday–Friday
- 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM–6:30 AM, Monday–Friday
Location: Milan, MO (on-site)
Sign-On Premio: $2,500 (paid after 90 days)

What You'll Do
- Complete daily preventive maintenance (PM) work orders
- Troubleshoot and repair conveyors, gearboxes, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems
- Set up, inspect, and test machinery and production equipment
- Diagnose malfunctions by observing equipment and working with supervisors and operators
- Dismantle defective equipment and install new or repaired parts
- Clean and lubricate shafts, bearings, gears, and other components
- Perform basic TIG and MIG welding and fabrication
- Repair and maintain the facility's physical structure
- Support Production and Quality teams as needed
- Follow lockout/tagout, safety, GMP, and ISO 14001 procedures
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ year of industrial maintenance or related mechanical experience
- Basic knowledge of general maintenance, hydraulics, and electrical systems
- Basic TIG and MIG welding skills
- Ability to operate a forklift, scissor lift, or genie lift
- Ability to read work orders and equipment manuals and write daily reports
- Reliable attendance, flexibility, and a willingness to learn
Nice to Have
- Experience with conveyors and gearboxes
- Electrical troubleshooting up to 480V
- Hydraulic and pneumatic systems experience
- Millwright, farm, or construction experience
- Food manufacturing or food processing maintenance experience
- Vocational, technical, or associate degree in maintenance or a related trade
