Position overview:

this role is intended for individuals who have previously worked as a sales associate for spencer’s spirit halloween.

Key responsibilities:

support the store management team with store setup, merchandising, pack‑up and teardown of a seasonal storemaintain guest services according to company standardsgenerate sales, assist customers, perform sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, pricing, pos operations and loss prevention

Requirements:

minimum age 16physical ability to climb ladders, set up fixtures, lift or move up to 50lb, and stand or walk for up to 8hours
