Technical Sales Representative

Location: Antegnate, Bergamo, Italy

Employment Type: Permanent, full-time

Work Model: Field-based / territory travel

Salary: €40,000–€50,000 + variable compensation + company car

Overview

Technical sales role focused on developing new business, managing customer relationships and promoting technical solutions within the building products sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire new customers and commercial opportunities.
- Develop and manage an existing customer portfolio.
- Analyse local markets, territories and competitors.
- Promote technical products and solutions.
- Manage the full sales process from initial contact through negotiation and closing.
- Attend trade fairs, industry events and promotional activities.




- Understand customer requirements and resolve issues or complaints.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support customer and commercial needs.

Requirements
- Previous commercial/sales experience, including early-career experience.
- Experience in construction, building products or a related technical sector preferred.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, autonomous and results-oriented approach.
- Interest in technical products and solutions.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
