Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a Guest Services Officer to deliver exceptional hospitality onboard. The role emphasizes actively listening to guests, resolving issues, and maintaining a high standard of customer service with a friendly demeanor.

The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work with shipboard teams to ensure guest satisfaction over extended voyages, including 5–6 months onboard. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
