STMicroelectronics Italia seeks a reliability test engineer to define and execute stress tests for qualification of power electronics products. You will design test strategies for HTOL, THB, bHAST and other reliability assessments to evaluate durability and lifetime under different operating conditions.
You should have a Master in Physics, Materials Science or Electrical/Physics Engineering and at least 3 years of experience in reliability and semiconductor physics.
