Relocate to Dubai and build a career in real estate — training and RERA licensing handled No experience required — we train you from zero Commission only, tax free — our top earner made US$2.4 million+ last year Describing the job is simple; doing it is not. You help clients buy, sell and rent Dubai property: you find them, earn their trust, show them the market, and get their deals closed. In 2013 I was a fresh graduate in Barcelona, and nobody was calling me back.
My father, newly retired after twenty years flying for Emirates, was buying an apartment in Dubai.
He asked the brokerage for a favour: would they give his son an interview? They did. I flew out, started from zero, and never left. Twelve years later, Mc Cone Properties is one of Dubai's leading brokerages — a team of 200+ people from all over the world. A few years in, my mother Johanna joined the company. Her CV was twenty-five years spent raising the five of us — no real estate, no sales. She became one of our best agents.
The point is, we don't expect years of sales experience. We look for hungry,
motivated people who are set on becoming very successful — whatever their age. The honest picture Commission only means exactly that: no salary. Some agents reach a stable income in their first couple of months; others need longer. That is why we recommend around six months of savings — runway to learn the market and build your pipeline properly.
After that there is no ceiling: 50-70% commission, paid daily. The US$2.4 M above is our best earner, not our average.
But he is real. What's On Offer Mentors with 15+ years in Dubai property A two-week training academy — pass it and we get you RERA licensed Leads, marketing and an in-house CRM built for closing What It Takes Ready to relocate to Dubai within 1 to 3 months Hunger and dedication — the only CV Johanna brought Discipline — you are building your own business here — Sam Mc Cone, Managing Director This vacancy is advertised in Bari, Italy for candidates planning to relocate to Dubai, UAE.
