K-Challenge is looking for a Safety Diver to join the team in Naples ?? and support our preparation for the Louis Vuitton 38th America’s Cup.
Working closely with our sailing and shore teams, the Safety Diver will play a key role in our on-water safety operations, including:
→ Safety procedures and equipment
→ Safety training for athletes and staff
→ On-water emergency response during sailing sessions
→ Support to the Shore Team with boat operations and maintenance
? Based in Naples, Italy
? Full-time position from November 2026
? English required – French and Italian are a plus
? Previous safety diving and emergency rescue experience required
