Commscope in Mantova, Lombardia, Italy, is seeking an Engineer I, Controls to maintain and optimize manufacturing equipment. You will lead automation initiatives, manage Capex projects from concept to commissioning, and ensure IT/OT alignment across lines to improve reliability and efficiency.
You will coordinate with external integrators, create electrical schematics and BOMs, and drive continuous improvement while upholding safety and 5S standards in a fast-paced production environment.
