JOB SUMMARY AND SCOPE
The Technical Sales Support Specialist provides technical and commercial support to the sales network, distributors, installers and end customers, contributing to business development through solutions that meet customers’ technical and financial requirements.
This role works alongside the sales team in pre-sales activities, in drawing up quotations and in negotiations, highlighting the benefits of inverters and storage solutions and providing support with their selection, sizing and integration.
ACTIVITIES
- Provide pre-sales technical and commercial support to the sales network, distributors and customers, in coordination with the Sales and Service departments.
- Gather customer requirements during pre-sales meetings and analyses specifications, verifying feasibility and technical requirements.
