We’re building a small private investment office deploying proprietary capital across crypto and public equities .

We’re looking for one highly independent quant who can own the full process:

idea → research → backtest → execution → live monitoring

You’ll work on systematic strategies across areas such as:

- crypto spot/perps, funding, basis, relative value
- long/short equities
- momentum, mean reversion, cross-sectional signals
- market microstructure and execution
- portfolio construction and risk

We care more about real systems and real results than credentials. Strong fit if you have:

- excellent Python
- strong statistics / quantitative research skills
- experience building and testing trading strategies




- understanding of transaction costs, slippage and overfitting
- familiarity with exchange/broker APIs
- live trading experience, even with your own capital
- ability to work independently and ship
- a minimum 6 months verifiable track record of live trading performance

Premio: order book data, market making, crypto infrastructure, options, ML used rigorously. We invest only private capital and want to build a compact, research-driven trading operation focused on long-term compounding.
