Job Description Italy is one of the world's leading boat manufacturers, and Raymarine has been working for years with all the major shipyards that produce boats ranging from 5 to 40 meters in length. We design, develop, and manufacture cutting-edge products, and work with main shipyards to deliver innovative, reliable, and easy to operate products and solutions. We are looking for a motivated and dynamic person who will be expected to manage on-field product support for all our customers, including OEMs (shipyards) and dealer network.



You will be part of the Product Support team, helping colleagues in managing any problems related to Raymarine/FLIR products. You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving problems to ensure complete customer satisfaction and participate in trade shows or promotional events organized by the Company.
About the RoleAs a Product Support Specialist, you will be the primary technical contact for our customers, including OEM boat builders, dealers, and end users. You will provide expert field-based support, diagnose technical issues, and work closely with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys troubleshooting technical challenges, building customer relationships, and working with innovative marine technologies.
