As Staff Product Designer, Growth, you shape growth-focused product experiences for Deel's global platform. You will lead design initiatives, collaborate with product, data, and marketing teams, and advance the design system to meet growth metrics. You'll rapid-prototype, run experiments, and use data to validate hypotheses, driving onboarding, engagement, and retention.

and test features using A/B testing and data insights ~ Mentor Product Designers and elevate design practices and standards ~ Identify bottlenecks with product and engineering to streamline user journeys ~ Convert complexity into clear, strategic design solutions ~ Foster alignment across teams through effective communication and narrative ~5–7 years as a Product Designer with at least 2 years in a Staff role ~ Strong UI/UX and visual design skills with advanced prototyping (e.g., Growth mindset with experience in product metrics, analytics, and A/B testing; familiarity with Amplitude, Mixpanel or similar tools ~ Portfolio showing experimentation outcomes on onboarding, virality, pricing, xrdztoy or subscriptions ~ Curiosity about AI and experience designing AI-powered experiences or using AI tools in design workflow ~ Data-informed design grounded in qualitative and quantitative insights ~ mentoring experience; cross-functional collaboration ~ Embedded in end-to-end team workflows from ideation to design QA ~ Advanced prototyping techniques ~ Design systems
