Overview In this role you drive the analysis, optimization, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes within a fast-growing multinational setting. You’ll manage plant CAPEX projects and collaborate across functions to boost efficiency, quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness. You’ll monitor KPIs, troubleshoot production issues, and contribute to the Quality Management System and safety standards.
This is a hands-on opportunity to shape process performance and project delivery in a highly collaborative environment.
Responsabilità
- Analyze and optimize production processes to identify inefficiencies and implement data-driven improvements
- Manage CAPEX projects from budgeting to commissioning and define technical/production specifications for investments
- Support preventive and extraordinary maintenance planning and ensure spare parts availability
- Collaborate with HSE on supplier management, documentation, and safety compliance
- Participation in equipment, machinery,
and process validation and support root-cause analysis for production/quality issues
- Contribute to maintaining and improving the Quality Management System and related safety/environment procedures
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor’s or Master in Mechanical, Aeronautical, or Electrical/Electronic Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in plastic or chemical industries
- Familiarity with PLCs and basic programming logic
- Knowledge of ISO 13485 is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on mindset
- Proficiency in English, strong cross-functional collaboration abilities
