Il ruolo richiede la capacità di supportare il cliente nei progetti cliente in ambito Infrastrutture e End User:

- Supporto alla migrazione di dominio Active Directory
- Capacita’ di coordinamento tra team di infrastrutture e team End User
- Mitigazione e risoluzione dei problemi, post migrazione
- Analisi impatto policy di dominio preesistenti su dominio target
- Analisi eventuali problemi di autenticazione applicativa post migrazione
- Collaborazione con il PM di progetto
- Conoscenza dei processi di asset management




- Gradita esperienza in atmosfera Enterprise

Skills

- Active Directory e Group Policy Management (Expert)
- Conoscenza OS Client Windows 11 and modern workplace (Expert)
- MS Entra-id/Azure AD (Expert)
- Powershell script ed elaborazioni su Excel (Intermediate)
- MS Intune (Basic)
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata (B2 level)
