Marketing Account Director- Fully Remote!

This is a hybrid role based in Milan: 2 days a week in our office, 3 days remote. IDA is an influencer marketing boutique agency based in Milan. We partner with European brands and creators to build authentic, strategic and measurable campaigns across influencer marketing, content strategy, social media, paid amplification and creative production.
We work smart: clear processes, small teams, high ownership, and AI tools built into our day-to-day work. We’re looking for an Account Manager to lead influencer campaigns for our clients, from kickoff to final report. You’ll be the client’s main point of contact and the link between brands, creators and our internal teams.
Own campaigns end to end: brief, strategy, creator sourcing, negotiation, content, go-live, reporting Negotiate with creators and talent agencies: fees, deliverables, timelines,
rights Analyze campaign KPIs and turn the data into clear recommendations Work with sales and creative teams on proposals and upsell opportunities Keep clients coming back: anticipate their needs, don’t just react Have 2–3 years of experience managing influencer or social campaigns, ideally in an agency Have a deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Are an excellent project manager: organized, precise and calm under pressure Are data-driven, but also creative Are fluent in Italian and English Gross annual salary (RAL): €27.000 – €33.000 + premio + benefits, depending on experience.
