As Rural Manager, you will lead a portfolio of rural clients across Queensland, driving profitability, client satisfaction and credit quality. You will be highly networked in local communities, collaborating with internal teams to add value for farmers and agribusiness clients. You’ll grow the client base through relationship-driven, innovative service and active advocacy. This role offers meaningful work shaping rural growth, succession planning, and community impact within a purpose-driven bank.

Responsabilità
- Manage a large portfolio of rural client relationships across multiple branches
- Drive profitability, client satisfaction, and credit quality in line with branch goals
- Develop value-add solutions for clients through networking and advocacy




- Collaborate with internal teams to support existing and new clients
- Support team efforts to grow the rural client base and succession planning initiatives

Requisiti fondamentali
- Experience in banking (Agriculture preferred) in account management or rural banking
- Possibly farming or agriculture experience and interest in agribusiness banking
- Proven ability to build, maintain and grow a client portfolio
- Proven track record of delivering high levels of customer service
- Credit and financial analysis skills
- Desire to make a difference and achieve success
