In this role you shape the Estathé brand through cross‑functional collaboration, translating consumer insights into growth. You’ll develop and execute the annual brand plan, oversee campaigns and budgets, and ensure brand consistency across touchpoints. You’ll drive portfolio and packaging initiatives while partnering with R&D;, Sales, and Marketing to deliver measurable performance. Responsabilità
- Develop and implement the annual brand plan including objectives, volumes, and P&L;
- Manage brand budget and monitor investment effectiveness with forecasting and action plans
- Design and execute the annual activity grid and ensure high-quality execution
- Oversee campaign development, media planning, and consumer promotions with agencies




- Ensure brand positioning and guidelines are applied across touchpoints and comply with legal requirements
- Monitor brand performance (sales, volumes, margins, marketing contribution) and identify risks/opportunities
- Manage limited-edition packaging and portfolio development projects, assess positioning vs competitors
- Collaborate with R&D; on business-case development, launches, and post-launch evaluation
- Monitor KPIs and translate insights into action; support brand health and promotional research
- Lead brand projects and coordinate stakeholders to ensure timely delivery
- Collaborate with Sales, Trade Marketing, Demand Planning, Finance, Supply Chain, Media, Research, Legal, and Procurement

Requisiti fondamentali
- Master's degree in Marketing Management
- experience as Brand Manager or similar marketing role
- FMCG or consumer goods experience with exposure to modern trade and out-of-home channels
- proficient in Excel
