You’ll analyze shift performance and partner with leadership to standardize practices, while mentoring new managers. Requisiti fondamentali
- Degree
- Relevant experience in people management
- Experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including peers and leadership
- Experience using data or evidence to influence business decisions
- Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English and local language
