Seaman Paper is a global manufacturer of specialty paper and sustainable packaging solutions. Family-owned and headquartered in Leominster, Massachusetts, the company has been operating since 1946 and serves customers across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are looking for a Sales Support Representative to join our team in Correggio, Italy. This role provides day-to-day support to our Sales Managers and customers, helping coordinate quotations, orders, samples, customer requests, and international sales activities.
The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, comfortable working across different teams and countries, and able to communicate confidently in multiple languages.
What You'll Do




- Provide administrative and commercial support to Sales Managers, including quotations, samples, orders, and customer requests.
- Act as a point of contact between Sales, Customer Service, Estimating, Operations, and other internal teams.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, orders, availability, and delivery status.
- Support international sales programs by coordinating communication, inventory planning, and implementation across Seaman Paper production locations.
- Maintain regular communication with selected existing customers in support of the Sales Manager.
- Manage inbound leads from retail and European markets received through the company website and other sources.
- Qualify and route new leads to the appropriate Sales Manager, distributor, or internal team.
- Research prospective customers using online resources and business intelligence tools.
