Junior IT Support

Profile is looking for a Junior IT Support Technician to join a company in the pharmaceutical sector. Profile will manage the recruitment process, and the successful candidate will be hired directly by the client company.

Responsibilities

- Provide first-level (L1) technical support to office and warehouse users.
- Diagnose and resolve issues involving hardware, software, operating systems and company devices.
- Prepare, configure, install and maintain laptops and desktop computers.
- Support and maintain warehouse devices, including PDAs, scanners and printers.
- Manage user incidents and requests, ensuring clear communication and appropriate follow-up.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Participate in preventive and corrective maintenance of IT equipment.
- Support international users and collaborate with IT operations in other countries.

Requirements

- Vocational qualification, university degree or equivalent in IT, Systems, Networks or a related field.
- Junior profile with approximately one year of experience in IT support,



an internship or similar experience.
- Knowledge of computer hardware and desktop support, including the installation, configuration and maintenance of equipment and operating systems.
- Basic knowledge of networking and connectivity.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Good communication skills and a user-focused approach.

Languages

- Native Italian.
- Intermediate to good English.
- Spanish is desirable but not essential.

Desirable skills and experience

- Previous experience in logistics or warehouse environments.
- Familiarity with devices such as PDAs, barcode scanners and thermal printers.
- Knowledge of Windows, macOS and Linux.
- Previous experience in Helpdesk or IT Support roles.
- A proactive attitude, a willingness to learn and an interest in developing a career in technology.
