Role Description This full-time, on-site Internship in Commercial Direction is based in Milan and supports the commercial team in growing Deluxy’s presence and partnerships. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with the identification and onboarding of new partner stores, supporting sales initiatives, and helping manage existing commercial relationships.
The intern will contribute to the preparation of presentations and proposals, monitor sales performance and customer feedback, and collaborate with operations to ensure a consistent luxury delivery experience. The role also involves market research on competitors and trends, updating internal databases and reports,
and coordinating with cross-functional teams to support commercial strategies.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with partners, clients, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Purchasing skills, including basic understanding of sales processes, negotiation, and vendor or partner selection.
- Candidates should possess Account Management skills, with an aptitude for maintaining relationships, tracking performance, and supporting partner satisfaction.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity tools; familiarity with CRM or sales support systems is an advantage.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment and willingness to learn within a growing luxury service brand.
- Fluency in Italian and good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
