Position Description
The Ontario Structured Psychotherapy (OSP) Program is a program in collaboration with CAMH, delivered at WHIWH-CHC. This program offers short-term cognitive behavioural therapy with a psychotherapist. The OSP Engagement and Assessment Counsellor will collaborate with the OSP team to increase screenings, assessments, and awareness about the program through culturally-relevant and tailored community engagement strategies. Proficiency in Spanish is an asset, particularly in supporting culturally responsive care.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform one-on-one screenings and assessments for clients with complex presentations, with flexibility to provide individual treatments and therapeutic interventions as needed.
• Develop and facilitate groups at the Centre using client-centered, trauma-informed and therapeutic
