JOB SUMMARY AND SCOPE To support the HR department, we are looking for an HR Generalist to join our organisation on a maternity cover basis.
The successful candidate will play a cross-functional role and will support the Head of HR in the main operational activities relating to the HR department.
ACTIVITIES
· Recruiting and selection: from publishing job adverts to managing CV screening, organising interviews and liaising with candidates;
· Support recruitment management and onboarding process;
· Support payroll activities: updating timesheets, monthly closings, checking monthly variables and connect with the payroll firm for payslip processing;
· Support Head of HR to ensure the correct collection and verification of information required for monthly closings;
· Updating HR software datas (entering personal details, amending existing employment contracts, recording terminations, etc.);
· Management and contract and preparation;
· Updating company policies and regulations in accordance with HR Management at local or group level
· Preparation of organizational communications;
· Support business functions to organise training courses for employees;
· Work with employment agencies, universities or secondary schools to establish partnerships or work-study schemes;
· Manage employees’ enquiries;
· Preparing HR reports to support management needs
TECHNICAL SKILLS
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in economics, law, occupational psychology or related disciplines;
· 5 years’ experience in HR Generalist or similar roles, preferably gained in structured corporate environments;
· Knowledge of key HR processes, with particular reference to recruitment, onboarding, payroll and personnel administration;
· Knowledge of the main procedures and documentation relating to the management of employment relationships;
· Experience in managing attendance records and HR administrative processes is an advantage;
· Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, with particular reference to Excel;
· Fluent in English (B2 level);
· Knowledge of HR software and attendance management systems
