Reporting to the HES Facility Manager, in this role you will prepare and deploy business improvement and correction plans. Will conduct internal audits and Gemba walks, problem solving investigation and KPI reporting activities, will analyze injuries, accidents, near misses, safety spot, documenting the results and contributing to the identification of the related corrective actions.

Will work with the team for the management of the primary aspects relating to the health and safety of workers and to the environment, acting proactively to achieve the corporate HSE objectives, elaborating proposals for the continuous improvement of performance.

Experience Requirements

Previous experience of 3 years at minimum in the role in a structured company

Mastery of safety and the environment regulations

Knowledge of international Standards on Safety and Environmental Management Systems

Ability to analyze data, generate measures, run reports, work under pressure and deliver effective changes within the business

Flexibility, proactivity and organizational autonomy

Good knowledge of the MS Office, with particular regard to Excel and Power Point

Good knowledge of English, written and spoken

Specialized or technical degree, preferably relating to the role

Specific qualifying course for the professional figure of ASPP provided by D.Qualified Internal Auditor of one or more Management Systems (ISO 14
