At Melform (Bonetto Group) , we create solutions that protect the cold chain and food safety worldwide. The thermal core of our products is born in the foaming department. If you are looking for a technical and dynamic role, we are seeking a Foaming Operator .

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Operating and monitoring foaming machinery.
- Preparing molds and accurately positioning components.
- Quality control of the finished part, verifying the perfect expansion of insulating materials.
- Cleaning and maintenance of foaming heads and equipment in full compliance with safety standards.

REQUIREMENTS

Background: Previous experience in manufacturing environments (knowledge of insulation processes or plastics/chemical processing is a strong plus).

Attitude: High precision and excellent manual skills.

Teamwork: Reliability, punctuality, and a strong willingness to collaborate with colleagues.

Flexibility:



Availability to work on alternating shifts.

WHAT WE OFFER
