Role Description – F&B; SupervisorWe are looking for an F&B; Supervisor to join our team at Arborina Relais.

This is a hands-on operational role combined with supervisory responsibilities.

Depending on the candidate’s experience, background and availability, the role will be focused on one specific service or area of responsibility, rather than covering all F&B; operations at the same time.

Possible assignments may include

- Morning / Breakfast Supervisor
- Breakfast & Lunch
- Lunch Service
- Dinner Service
- Evening / Dinner Supervisor

The specific area of responsibility will be defined according to the candidate’s profile and the operational needs of the property. Main ResponsibilitiesDepending on the assigned service, responsibilities may include:
- Supervising and actively participating in the assigned F&B; service
- Coordinating the team during the relevant shift
- Ensuring service standards and procedures are consistently followed




- Preparing and organizing the service area before opening
- Supporting junior team members during service
- Ensuring cleanliness, presentation and organization of the assigned F&B; area
- Communicating effectively with Kitchen, Reception and Management
- Handling guest requests professionally and proactively
- Maintaining a strong focus on guest satisfaction and attention to detail
- Supporting stock control and operational organization related to the assigned service
- Contributing to a positive, collaborative and professional working environment

Requirements
- Previous experience in restaurants, hotels or hospitality
- Good knowledge of Food & Beverage operations
- Ability to combine operational work with supervisory responsibilities
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Guest-oriented and hands-on approach
- Professional attitude and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for the assigned service
- Fluent Italian
- Good command of English
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Living in La Morra, Alba, Bra or the surrounding Langhe area, or willing to relocate to the area, is mandatory
