We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to join the DHL eCommerce

Cross Border Solutions team in Emilia-Romagna, Italy
This role can be based in any city within the region
Location: Italy (Emilia Romagna)
Employment Type: Level 2 under the applicable CCNL
Gross Total Compensation (Annual Base Salary + Management Premio): €38,000–€48,000, depending on the candidate’s qualifications, skills, seniority, and relevant professional experience.

Overall Purpose of the Role
The Field Sales Executive is responsible for driving profitable growth through the acquisition of new customers and the development of strategic business opportunities within his/her territory.



The role focuses on identifying, qualifying, and converting prospects while promoting the full value proposition of DHL eCommerce’s cross border solutions.
The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them optimize their logistics and eCommerce supply chain while delivering sustainable revenue and margin growth for DHL eCommerce.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Management
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers within assigned market segments and territories.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Develop and execute an effective sales activity plan, including customer visits, prospect meetings, and networking events.
- Drive the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to contract signature and business implementation.
- Prepare and deliver compelling customer presentations, proposals, and commercial offers.
