Il tuo ruolo

Ti occuperai di offrire supporto ed assistenza ai nostri clienti per quanto concerne l’evasione degli ordini, garantendo un servizio di alta qualità e una gestione fluida delle relazioni commerciali.

Principali attività:

- Gestione relazioni: comunicare con i clienti tramite telefono ed e-mail.
- Supporto ordini: monitorare e supportare l'intero flusso di evasione degli ordini.
- Informazioni e assistenza: rispondere a richieste di informazioni commerciali e logistiche.
- Risoluzione problemi: gestire e risolvere eventuali reclami o contestazioni in modo tempestivo

Requisiti richiesti:





- Competenze linguistiche: ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese e del tedesco.
- Competenze tecniche: la conoscenza del gestionale SAP sarà considerata un plus.
- Soft skills: ottime doti comunicative, empatia, orientamento al cliente e resistenza allo stress.
