Requisiti fondamentali

- Master's degree
- Initial experience in an operational topic (e.g., lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, Industry 4.0)
- Proven leadership experience in work or extracurricular activities
- Willingness to relocate/mobility for European assignments
- Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and local language
