About the role
We are looking for a Compliance Intern to join our Global Legal & Compliance team at our Headquarters in Milan.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in compliance within a regulated Pharma / MedTech environment, with exposure to anti-corruption, data protection, cybersecurity, and emerging AI regulations
What you will do
As part of the Compliance team, you will:
Support compliance activities in line with applicable laws and regulations, industry codes and internal Global Policies, Guidelines, and SOPs.
Support monitoring developments in Italian and EU healthcare legislation, including data protection, cybersecurity, and AI regulation.
Support compliance communication and training programs for employees and third parties,
including tracking completion of mandatory training.
Assist with compliance risk assessments, monitoring activities, and internal controls.
Collect compliance-related data and support reporting and documentation activities.
What we are looking for
Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Political Science, or a related field.
Strong interest in compliance and regulated industries (pharma, life sciences, MedTech).
Basic knowledge or academic background in anti-corruption, data protection, cybersecurity, and AI regulation.
Fluency in Italian and English.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and high ethical standards.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented, international environment.
