We're searching for a freelance BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER to join our team.

As a Business Development Manager, you will have the opportunity to work across an exciting portfolio of luxury brands and be responsible for scouting new clients, focusing on the end-to-end delivery of multi-channel campaigns, ranging from branding projects to activations. You will work closely with your clients to understand their business and objectives, offering creative and strategic input to propose the right solutions while presenting OSA services (Brand Strategy, Brand Design, Creative Direction, Production, Virtual Shooting (AI/CGI), Social Media Management, Web Design & Development).

Key responsabilities

- Scouting new customers (Markets: Fashion / Luxury Hospitality / High Jewellery)
- Managing appointments and prospects provided
- Handling sales and negotiations for projects with specific prospects
- Contributing to sales objectives (budget) and strategies to achieve them

What We're looking for from you:

Required

- At least 3+ years of experience in similar roles (preferably in communication agencies in Italy/Europe)
- Experience in one of the following industries: Fashion / Luxury Hospitality / High Jewellery

- Excellent listening skills
- Strong customer management skills and flexibility
- Outstanding interpersonal and persuasion skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Salary: Performance-based on closed projects
