Payroll & Personnel Administration Specialist

To strengthen our Human Resources function, we are looking for a Payroll & Personnel Administration Specialist , a key role responsible for ensuring the accurate administration of personnel processes and effective coordination with labour consultants, external and internal stakeholders.
Your Responsibilities:
Reporting directly to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for payroll administration and personnel management activities, ensuring compliance with labour regulations and company procedures.
You will:
- Manage the monthly time and attendance process through dedicated HR systems and ensure data accuracy and reconciliation;
- Prepare and submit all payroll-related data to the external labour consultant;
- Review payroll reports,



payslips and supporting documentation to ensure correctness and compliance;
- Manage employees lifecycle administration, including hirings, contractual changes, salary updates and terminations;
- Support salaries payment processing and related accounting activities;
- Administer pension funds, supplementary healthcare schemes, trade union deductions and salary-backed loans;
- Support personnel costs accounting and reconciliation activities;
- Monitor workforce data and prepare HR reports and statistics;
- Manage administrative relationships with temporary employment agencies and contingent workers;
- Ensure compliance with GDPR requirements related to employees data management;
- Coordinate international business travel administration and related insurance coverage requirements;
- Support recruitment, onboarding and employees management activities;
