Alfa Laval in Suisio is seeking a Production Engineer to support the Air Cooler production department by developing, optimizing, and stabilizing production methods, equipment, and workflows. You will ensure Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost targets are met while acting as a technical interface between R&D;, factories, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
You will collaborate with factories to propose and lead improvement initiatives, design efficient production flows, and develop SOPs.
